SuperNice Tax is accounting software with real registered tax agents built in. You send invoices and get paid. We keep your GST and tax straight in the background, and our accountants lodge the paperwork. Here is the whole thing, start to finish.

Sign up in a couple of minutes

Create your account with your name, email and ABN. We use the ABN to set you up correctly, whether you are a sole trader or a company, trust or partnership.

There is nothing to install. It works in any web browser, and you can add it to your phone like an app.

Send an invoice, get paid

Create an invoice in seconds and send your client a payment link. They pay by card and the money lands in your own account. No chasing bank details, no separate payment app.

Prefer bank transfer, or paid outside SuperNice? That is fine too. Just mark the invoice paid and it stays on your records without double counting.

Your money in and out is tracked automatically

Connect your bank for a live feed, or upload a statement as a CSV. Every payment in and expense out flows into SuperNice, and GST is worked out on each one as it happens.

A little bit of AI gives every transaction a suggested category to save you time. You stay in control: you review anything you want to change, and your accountant is one message away if you are unsure.

Real accountants lodge for you

Every quarter we prepare your BAS, and each year your tax return, then a registered tax agent reviews everything and lodges it with the ATO. You get a notification. That is the part most software leaves you to figure out alone, and it is included here.

SuperNice tax agent services are provided by Super Nice Advice Pty Ltd, a registered tax agent (no. 26087928). Figures in the app are drafts until an accountant has reviewed them.

What you do, and what we do

The idea is simple: you run your business, and the accounting mostly takes care of itself.

Your part: send invoices, keep your bank feed or CSVs up to date, and glance at the suggested categories so your records reflect reality.

Our part: the software keeps GST and tax calculated as you go, and our registered tax agents review, prepare and lodge your BAS and returns. If anything looks off, we message you before we lodge.

Common questions

Do I need to understand accounting?

No. SuperNice is built for business owners, not bookkeepers. It handles the GST and tax mechanics for you, and a real accountant checks the important numbers before anything is lodged.

What if I started part-way through the year?

No problem. You can set opening balances at your changeover date, then bring in transactions from that point, or import earlier transactions once by CSV. The goal is that every transaction is captured exactly once. The app walks you through it.

Does the 1% cover everything for sole traders?

Yes. Invoicing, GST tracking, BAS, financial statements, your tax return lodgement and access to a real accountant are all included. There are no add-ons and no monthly fee.

Can my clients pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Card payment is built in for convenience, but you can also record invoices paid by bank transfer or any other way. Your records stay accurate either way.

Is my money safe?

Payments go straight into your own account. Card processing is handled by Stripe, a global payments provider, so your card and bank details are never stored by us.
